What are your ordering hours?
- You can place online order using our website 24 hours a day / 7 days a week.
- Your Invoice will be send back the same or next day with price detail on it.
- We offer real person online Chat system you can ask any questions you may have,such as prices and delivery days.
- Our office hours are:
- Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM EST
How Quickly will my order be processed and ship?
- All orders placed during our normal business hours will be processed the same day.
- Orders placed before 1 PM EST will usually be shipped the next day. You can also request any business days you want us to delivery.
What payment options do you accept?
- We accept Cash, Certified Checks, Checks and Money Orders.
- We also giving out terms from 10-60days (credit check and approved are required)
How do I return product for Credit or Refund?
- We offer E-z return system, for replacement items and less than 5 items return you can simply return to our driver. For large number returns, you must contact your sales person before your next order so we can get you the credit memo before your new orders.
- If you are the COD customer the driver can subtract the difference on your delivering order.
- If you are terms customers your return will show on your monthly statement.
Are there discounts on Large Quantity Orders?
- Yes we are able to discount for large volume purchases. If you are interested in purchasing truckload quantities of items and wish to inquire about discounts, please email zlttrading2010@gmail.com or call 516-586-8060. We invite you to talk with our sales staff with any questions you may have.
Who pays the freight?
- All prices are FOB New York City. The customer is responsible for all freight charges.. Free shipping is available in the tri-state area (NY / PA / CT / MA - some areas excluded).
- We can ship your product via USPS, UPS, FedEx, on a Pallet via LTL Freight or by the Truckload.
- Do you have a minimum order?
- There is no minimum order. Big or small, we can service all of your needs.
